Working with Victoria House requires a confirmed diagnosis (or dual diagnosis) of a mental illness by a Mental Health service or a general practitioner.
What to expect
New clients of Victoria House can expect to receive the following:
- Orientation to the service and introductions to staff
- Refreshments offered in a quiet room
- Information package with additional information
- Consent form to share information
- Opportunity to develop or enhance a strengths goal plan
- Connections into the wider community for activities
