Many people with mental illness or addiction have skills and abilities which remain under utilised due to the nature of their illnesses. Our goal is to assist these people to work together in a collaborative manner to pass on their skills and abilities to other members of the community who suffer from mental illness.

Benefits to employers

A free professional service which includes:

  • Ongoing training and support for the employee and employer to ensure long term employment success and satisfaction.
  • Flexibility in staff hours—full/part time, flexi-time, job sharing, casual or temporary work hours.
  • Assistance to access Government funded employment support for wage subsidies, equipment and building modifications.
  • Trial periods can be arranged.

We provide ongoing employment support working within the Supported Employment model. Our Employment Specialists are experienced professionals, knowledgeable in many industries and able to deliver the support necessary for both your organisation’s needs and employee’s needs.
